The Gusii language (also known as Kisii or Ekegusii) is a Bantu language spoken in the Kisii district in western Kenya. Ekegusii is closely related to such Bantu language families as Kuria, Zanaki, Shashi, Ngurimi, Nata, Logoli and Ikusu.

Key Dialects : Rogoro and the Maate dialects which relate to the Nothern(Standard) and Southern dialects repectively.
