Khalkha Mongolian (Central Mongolian) is an Altaic language spoken in Mongolia, China and Russian. Mongolian dialects are divided into Khalkha, Buryat, and Oirad. The Khalkha dialect is divided into three groups: the Central Khalkha dialect, the Eastern Khalkha dialect, and the Western Khalkha dialect.
